Led by Chef Vinson Petrillo of The Restaurant at Zero George, expect the unexpected as the teams’ technical expertise brings whimsical nostalgia to each dish. Complementing the fresh and bold fare, the beverage program, with craft cocktails, bubbling aperitivi, and globally sourced wines, was designed by Easton Porter Group’s Beverage Director, Megan Mina.
